In the operation process of linear stepper motors, there are unique operating modes, and there are two commonly used circulation modes for linear motors: external circulation and internal circulation. These two modes have different characteristics and functions.
Firstly, external circulation: External circulation refers to the motor returning to the screw nut space through the spiral groove or insertion tube on the outer surface of the nut after the cycle process is completed and re entering the cycle.
Secondly, internal circulation: Both internal circuits use inverters to achieve motor circulation, and there are two types of inverters.
The situation where a linear stepper motor sometimes loses contact with the screw during the cycling process is called external cycling; The constant contact with the screw is called internal circulation. Each cycle closed circuit of the motor is called a column, and the number of turns contained in each ball cycle closed circuit is called the number of turns. So, in future work, everyone should pay close attention to these two cyclic modes and make good use of their characteristics.
